Topic: Increasing Energy Efficiency!

At the beautiful Claremont Resort in Berkeley, explore foods and nutrition practices that are energy zappers and energy boosters. Attendees will be encouraged to engage in energy boosting habitsthrough education on mindful snacking, the practice of seasonality, and the power of H2O. Through hands-on learning activities, goal setting, and a healthy food demonstration, participants will learn to be more energy efficient both in and out of the office, and how to improve the meetings they plan by making better menu choices.
